Finds the right posts
It looks for automation and agent workflow roles on job boards, company pages and the alerts in my inbox, and drops anything outside what I do before it scores the rest.
Automating repetitive work is what I do for a living. It would be strange to run my own job search by hand.
A job search is mostly the kind of work I automate for others: checking the same boards every day, sorting mail, typing the same details into one form after another. So I gave that part to an agent.
The time it saves goes into the part a machine shouldn’t do: picking the companies I actually want, fixing drafts that don’t sound like me, and getting ready for the calls. I set the rules for which roles it goes after and who it may write to, every portal application waits for my yes, and your reply comes straight to me.
If you’re hiring someone to automate your team’s work, this is the most honest sample I have: a real problem, a working system, and I use it every day.
It knows what I’ve built and what I’m looking for. Ask it what a recruiter would ask, or paste a job post to see where I fit.
Hi, I’m Ram’s agent. Ask me about his work, what he’s looking for, or when he can start.
Every two hours during my working day it runs one scan. Most of it is plain Python; the agent does the reading and writing, and it can only use what I’ve written down about myself.

Posts that score 60 or more get a draft written for that company only. It works from a file of facts about me, and anything the file doesn’t back up is left blank for me to fill.
A second agent reads every draft and fails it for a claim it can’t trace, a line that sounds like a template, or a company it didn’t actually name. Most drafts go round two or three times.
Once I say yes on Telegram, it fills the application on the company’s portal or Easy Apply, attaches my resume, and mails the hiring address from the post with the same tailored note.
Every scan it checks LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and the other boards for new posts, recruiter messages and profile views, and pulls anything that needs me to the top.
My resume, portfolio and portal profiles all say the same thing. When something goes stale it fixes it, and it refreshes Naukri every week so the profile doesn’t sink.
Once a day it writes me a short digest on agents, automation hiring and the tools I use. If something big lands, I hear about it the same day.
After every scan I get a short update on Telegram: mail, applications, new jobs, news. Replies and interview invites come with a button that opens the mail, and everything lands in one tracker, so nothing gets applied to twice.
Nothing runs in the cloud. It lives in an LLM session on my laptop and stops when I close it at night.
The mail came from my own inbox, and your reply comes straight to me. I read every one myself. If you’d like to talk about the role, or about building something like this for your team, just reply.
